Hey guys, i am new to the site and have a few questions for you. I managed to get some pretty craptastic bugs on my comp and i cant figure out how to get them off. Im not sure of the exact name of them but i know when i boot up i get a error messege saying that Acceleration Software\Anti-virus\sstsmon.dll and Acceleration Software\Anti-virus\ssssmon.dll failed to start. I have been having some problems with zlobs and im not quite sure if they are completely removed or not. I also have three desktop shortcuts that will not go away, error cleaner, privacy protector and spyware and protection. I have deleted them from numerous locations and they still keep coming back. My computer runs very sluggish and often freezes up because my CPU usage in task manager is at 100% most of the time. I also get these nifty little windows security alert messeges that pop up saying i have a virus or that i need to run a virus scanner to get rid of them. I know they are not lagit, i never had them before the crap hit the fan. I run spybot, ad-aware, spyware doctor and AVG 7.5 and they have cleaned out most of the bad stuff but still cant touch the things i have mentioned. I know most of the info is pretty general but if you could steer me in the right direction i would be more than grateful, thanks!
