Nat strict

I have a problem with my Nat on my ps3.My router is edimax 3g 6200 and the 3g modem i am using is huawei E180.i have tried just about everything including DMZ,port forwarding etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

I'm going to guess it's the 3G service if you have the correct ports forwarded.

You'd have to speak to the ISP and see if that is possible.

Ok i checked with my isp and apparently they use open Nat.Could anything else be the problem i may have fowarded the ports wrong because the edimax settings interface is different to all the tutorials.But i dont think so.

I don't have any experience with 3G or that router, so I'll defer to folks that have more experience in that area. :)

i have the exact problem as you. like you ive gone through all the tutorials... dmz, port forwarding etc and still nat type 3 on ps3. im using edimax 3g 6200 router and huawei k3565. ive got open nat on xblive through that router but not on ps3. let me know if you find out solution (y).
