NAV 2003 Pro error

I am having trouble with NAV 203 Pro and getting live updates. It says I don't have access to the internet, when in fact the internet works just fine. How do I fix this problem?

I get the following error:



EDIT: this is happening on my Win98 computer.

I hate to assume anything. So have u tried following the Symantec document for this issue?

www.symantec.com/search

If you search for lu1814 brings it right up.. Appears it is regularly caused by either a firewall or a damaged liveupdate.
