need a little help

    yes im heaving problems when i use my cdrw when ever i just want to listen to a cd a blue screen pops up and says error 0D:0028:000000003 and then say please restart or push any key to continue... Is this becuase i havnt got a burning program? if so im getting nero today after its done downloading..if not please help and tell me what to do..thank you

    You must use the software that came with the drive. You can use Nero too, but you must have the burner software it came with installed first. The drive makers website no doubt has the software/driver or their customer service will send you or sell you a new CD at your request - email or call them.
