Jetway is very low end stuff, I would think you are going to want Asus, Abit, even DFI for gaming with nVidia chipset.
nVidia cards are mopping the floor with ATI at the momment, 6800GT or 7800GTX
Your case no doubt comes with a crappy power supply, dont go there, throw the psu out and buy a good quality Antec, Enermax, E-power, SPI, Enlight, make sure its 24-pin dual rail

Surprizingly, the PSU is actually pretty good. I read several reviews and they all said it is a good one.

the IDE cables are round, meaning better airflow, and also they are lighted. Nice case mod.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to this thread. My boss can be so unreasonable about wanting me to show up for work on time :p

Here is a pic from http://www.virtual-hideout.net/reviews/mge_dragon/index3.shtml It is a 500W, Active PFC, Dual Fan & Smart Fan Control With Dual 12v Rails
[Edit] BTW, what exactly is active PFC anyway?

The 80mm fans are extremely quiet, and I don’t think I could identify any sound coming from the power supply at all. Actually, the power supply is a great match for the case, not because of the looks but because it’s a 500 Watt power supply with tons of connectors....The power supply itself also gives out clean power, with no more than 5% changes in voltages under load. But the best part of the power supply? It's modular! Not that it's advertised anywhere, the MGE/XGbox websites don't list any information about the standard power supplies that come with their cases except for the wattage. This is a huge plus to keep the clutter down in a case.

5% voltage fluxuation??? That`s alot. I`ve overclocked my rig in my sig very hard and get NO waver of voltage on any of the rails when starting and stopping intense applications/benchs.

If you were going to sell this system, how much would you ask for it? I figure to sell it on eBay for a nice profit, buy parts for another, repete. Do that 5-6 times and have enough to build 2--one for my desk and sell the other. Free computer .:)
