I am running Norton 9 Corperate at present and don't like it due to it failed to pick up 2 Trojans. I found the trojans by running Bit Defender free online scan. My question is, I need a good Anti- Virus protection other than Norton. Does anybody have any advice please? I heard that AVG 7 doesn't heal virus's like the AVG 6 did and is hard to work with. I just don't know what to do. I also have a problem that happens daily (all the time) and that is, I could be doing anything on the computer (no set pattern) and all of a sudden all my icons disappear on my desktop. I then press Ctrl, Alt, Delete and click on "New Task" and type in "explorer" and they all come back???? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows XP with cable connection. God Bless.

Will give you a procedure to fix it yourself to keep it from being re-infected.
[1] Download, install and run Webroots, Spysweeper
[2] Download. install and run Firefox 1.0 Browser.
[3] Get yourself a good virus program like Avast Anti-Virus which automatically updates its program and definitions.
[2 and 3] are free programs, Spysweeper, which has won numberous
awards is well worth the money. http://www.webroot.com/
