Need an email specialist - ! HELP!

I am not getting all my email forwarded and need help. I am willing to pay someone a fee to help me correct the problem.
I have a host that is set up through Outlook and I have gmail and another mail account. I am getting some mail in duplicates and other mail is not coming in at all. I also use a Blackberry.
It is somewhat complicated and needs explanation. If someone is interested in helping me, please respond and I will try to explain my predicament.

I assume its not in the SPAM folder on GMAIL

Thank you - it will take a bit of explaining and I should really take some notes, so I will try to do this tomorrow. And no - it is not in the gmail spambox!

Okay - here we go:
Outlook:
Company name:MNO using POP3
Income mail Server mail.mno.com
email address [email protected]
Log in user name [email protected]
AND second mailbox:
email address [email protected]
Incoming Mail Server: mail.adelphia.net

HOST mail - ISP for MNO company with aliases and forwarding to T-mail, [email protected]
This host server is the mainstay for MNO company

Adelphia
1. [email protected] forwarded to: [email protected] -
2. [email protected] forwarded to: [email protected]
3. [email protected] forwarded to [email protected]

GMail
[email protected] filters [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]
and forward to [email protected]

Blackberry
[email protected]
reply to: [email protected]
Filters: Auto CC-forward messages to handheld.

THAT IS IT! The problems are as follows:
duplicate mail is being recd in Outlook addressed to [email protected] AND
some but not all mail that goes to [email protected] is not being forwarded to [email protected]. It seems that only mail from new people or companies do not get through and unless I check in inbox in gmail, I would not have the mail.
If someone can help me, it would be a Miracle!!!!

does all the email get forwarded correctly to gmail and NOT into the SPAM folder
Perhaps you should also set up in the filter conditions to label the files - so at least you can see if the filter worked OK on the email

are you sure you have the correct conditions set in the filter

in outlook how have you set up the server conditions - delete from server - keep on server etc
