Need confirmation for adwcleaner cleaning

Hello,

im on a friends laptop fixing some cpu and memory issues but am not very familiar with HP and Win Vista. So here is a AdwCleaner log and would like to have confirmation for the removal. I wasn't sure about the hpservice thing...

thanks, i better leave it there? but why is adwcleaner noticing it then? would it be harmful to delete it? i don't like to remove stuff from the sys folder you know.

still doing several scans and removing unnecessary programs from this laptop. pretty slow process tho.
mbam took over 4hours to scan yesterday, and then auto-rebooted for windows update when i was gone. so doing all over again now. 84 objects found so far..

and svchost often has high memory usage, looks fine at the moment, i'll see what happens after the scans.

Not really sure why AdwCleaner flags that file, it is a genuine HP file and is in the expected default folder. That is one of the problems with this type of scanner, all "Found" entries are not always malicious, hence the option to remove known legitimate files before using the "Clean" option.
AdwCleaner also has option to "Restore" an item removed in error...

Open AdwCleaner > Go to Tools > Quarantine Manager > check what you want restored > now click on Restore.
