You will need to remove the files too from the Windows directory.

Also you should run Spybot S&D, Lavasoft Ad-Aware and CWShredder. They should elminiate the other files.

    1) Run HJT again and put a check mark on the ones I listed.
    2) Go to C:\Windows and locate the two files dl.exe and dlm.exe (should be next to each other) and delete them
    3) Download the other programs I mentioned. Make sure you update them by running their update section.
    4) Run one program at a time and reboot on each one.
    5) Make a new HJT log and post it here.

Run HJT again and put a check against these:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
These are not required at start up.

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{08C06D61-F1F3-4799-86F8-BE1A89362C85} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {CD4C3CF0-4B15-11D1-ABED-709549C10000} - C:\Program Files\Go!Zilla\GoIEHlp.dll (file missing)

Also you should uninstall Kazaa sine it's plauged with spyware. There is a program that can remove it, but for some reason I cannot find the link.

    TY tonejak.

yantitan: da nada. Also you might want to install Spyware Blaster to prevent any future attacks. I have two links below. One for the file (direct) and the other is the instructions.

I'm just learning so please forgive me but I was looking at this one and it doesn't look legit to me. Just want to satisfy my curiosity.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Upgrade Service] C:\WINDOWS\sxchost.exe

    Any ideas?
