Need help burning

im not sure if need to dl a dvd program but i was able to burn video clips on to a CD-R and now i cant seem to burn video clips on to a CD-R or a DVD+R

here are one of the properties of a video clip



i tried using dvd shrink but it doesnt seem to work well, i used windows media player for burning before and now it doesnt work

on my CD drive (F: ) it says
DVD RW compatc disc rewriteable
R/W rewriteable
just wanted to make sure that i have enough info

does anyone know what is wrong? i am pretty sure that i am going to run out of space soon dling a whole bunch of anime

If you are using windows media player to burn with and WMP doesn't find the required copyrights or permissions it refuses to burn in many cases

i was able to copy the same types of files w/ or without wmp but now i cant seem to do it anymore
