    Welcome to TSG, babylon
Restart Hijack this and put a check mark by the following:

    O1 - Hosts: 203.161.127.141 www.dcsresearch.com
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0019C3E2-DD48-4A6D-AB2D-8D32436313D9} - C:\WINDOWS\oo4.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WmLXPan] WmLXPan.Exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oo4] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\oo4.dll,DllRun

    Click Fix Checked

    Restart your computer

Go to C:\Windows, find oo4.dll, right click and click Delete
Personally, I would also do a search for WmLXPan.Exe in C:\Windows\System32 and delete that too

I see you have norton. Make sure you don't have norton set to run a scan every time you start up. It uses at times almost 100 percent of the cpu while running a scan. Cannot do nothing while it is scanning. It takes almost 25 minutes to do a full scan on the computer. Also, you might try defragmenting the computer.
