Need help deciding which PCI TV Tuner to buy.

    Having trouble deciding which card to buy. What is the better deal?

    Basically I just want to use my computer to record TV shows and learn how to burn them to CDs.

    Is the 2 bits difference in processors that big of a deal?

    I am interested in reading your opinions.
