Need help fixing my computer

    So a while ago i was on my pc playing games then suddenly it went black and wouldnt be displayed on any monitor and can be turned on by the power button but not turned off. any ideas of how i could fix the issue?

    to turn off some machines, you need to hold the power button down for 5-6 seconds.

    Insert the Windows DVD/USB memory stick and choose Repair at the 2nd screen. If you don't have the Windows media, you can download MS Media Creation Tool and it will generate a DVD/USB memory stick.

    ive tried holding the power button it doesnt work and i dont think id be able to use a disc because nothing appears on my monitor

    Does the boot up machine logo or bios ram countdown appear?

    In order to help you, you need to post a LOT more info; exact motherboard, exact cpu, exact video card, etc, etc. Do not post "500W pw supply" Post the exact brand and model# Do this for all of your parts. If by chance this is a big box system ie dell, hp, whatever, post the exact brand, model# and service tag#
