You have to register to be able to enter that site. In so doing you are consenting to them having access to your medical records so I don't recommend that anyone join just to provide technical asssitance here. However, I found the information that it's to provide proof of vaccination in order to be able to visit the LAFC team store:

https://www.lafc.com/news/lafc-l-a-...c-health-host-community-vaccine-drive-at-banc

here are the instructions in a .pdf document for using mylinkpass.com to submit proof of vaccination:

https://www.google.ca/url?q=https:/...EQFnoECAQQAg&usg=AOvVaw24vh9QbgJLaLDQIEM-BxOT

I see where the option to drag and paste the scanned document is so that's the step you are trying to accomplish. So I assume you've already scanned the document in Word and it's ready to paste there.

What happens when you try?
What browser are you using?
What version of Word are you using?

Although it doesn't solve the drag/paste problem have you considered just uploading it instead?

Once you've registered there go to step 8 in the link I provided and follow the instructions. Rather than dragging and pasting you click on the upward arrow and locate the file on your PC to upload.

I've tried that and it says FILE NOT ACCEPTED.

Are you trying to upload the .pdf or Word document because it says it has to be a photo.
