Need Help for Drag and Paste

Hi Everyone,

I need help pasting a WORD file onto a webpage. Can't seem to do it myself. I will go into details once contacted.

You have to register to be able to enter that site. In so doing you are consenting to them having access to your medical records so I don't recommend that anyone join just to provide technical asssitance here. However, I found the information that it's to provide proof of vaccination in order to be able to visit the LAFC team store:

I see where the option to drag and paste the scanned document is so that's the step you are trying to accomplish. So I assume you've already scanned the document in Word and it's ready to paste there.

What happens when you try?
What browser are you using?
What version of Word are you using?

Although it doesn't solve the drag/paste problem have you considered just uploading it instead?
