I'm very appreciated to every help for this question.
What is the best way to upgrade the mems module:
KVR133X64C3/256 on MOBO: Diamond i440BX-W977TF-2A69KB3HC-00 (Slot 1) with BIOS :Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG (18-Jan-1999), because just now the system reads only 128 Mb.
Thanks a lot in advance for your help.:p

Your motherboard probably is a soyo SY-6BA+(100 or III or IV). You can use SDRAM PC133. The chance of ability to operate is better with brand name modules like samsung. But you also can try noname sticks which are cheaper.
