Need help! I can’t get rid of pop ups. Spyware removal programs stopped working!!

    Ok so all of a sudden this morning I got winspyware removal spyware or something like that in addition to outerinfo. I ran adaware and uninstalled outerinfo. But I kept getting popups so I tried to run adaware in safe mode but I kept getting an error message (ttimer or something like that). When I restarted, my Symantec antivirus wouldn’t start up. I downloaded hijackthis to try to get you guys a log, but I keep getting an error message. Here is the log up to the error message
