So basically I want to replace my new hard drive with a new one so, I loaded Windows 10 onto a USB stick and wanted to know that when I plug in my new hard drive, boot the computer, it will go straight to the Windows 10 setup right?
You'll likely have to configure your BIOS to ensure the USB drive is either the primary boot device, or you can choose it for booting from the options (usually by mashing the F12 key at bootstrap).
I am going to guess this is a typo ie I doubt you are replacing one new drive with another new drive.
When you install windows, it is always a good idea to get ALL of the drivers, utilities, etc you are going to need. Put those on a flash drive, usb external, etc. At the very least, go to the support page for your motherboard and download the following; chipset/motherboard driver [sometimes called inf driver] sound driver, nic/lan driver, and video driver. If you have a real video card ie nvidia or amd, then go to the relevant support page and download the latest driver. Put any other utilities you normally use ie CCleaner, irfanview, 7zip, etc, etc on the same media you used to install drivers. When you have all of these items in one place, it makes an install go MUCH easier.
Have only the drive on which you want to install windows connected during the install; ie just pull the pw connectors from any other hd.
After the install is finished, then install your drivers installing the chipset driver first; reboot when prompted. Finish installing all other drivers and utilities.
When finished with all of the above, I like to make an image of the system drive. If you ever need a "Clean" install again, it takes all of 5min or so to restore the image. Clean install done.
