I have an IBM Thinkpad T60p and using the factory model HItachi hard drive my computer has crashed 3 times now. So I just bought a new WD Scorpio 320 gig hd for the computer after my last crash.

I installed the HD and I put in the vista disk and I can't figure out how to get the new OS to load. When I start the computer right now the stupid "think vantage" opening screen comes up, but even with the cd in the computer nothin will happen after that first IBM screen.

    Any ideas??? Thanks!!
