HI and welcome to TSG.

Can you confirm the exact make and model?

One thing I would suggest is updating your Windows 10 Installation. You are currently running Build 18363 which is version 1909, this was released in November 2019 and there have been three major release updates along with numerous security patches and bug fixes since then.

You have THIS HP 15-bs013nx Notebook PC which was purchased in August 2017.
It came with Windows 10 Home (Version 1703 Build 15063 or Version 1709 Build 16299) 64-bit.
It came with an Intel or Realtek wireless device.

Version 1909 Build 18363 is currently installed - which is very outdated.
I agree with Shane that you should update it to Version 21H1 Build 19043.

It should update automatically, however that is not always the case.

To do it manually, the easiest route (I believe) is to do the following

1) On the Start menu click the Search button (magnifying glass) and type Update. The top option displayed should be Check for updates ... click that.

2) This will open the Windows Update screen (example below), even if it says you are Up to date, click on the Check for Updates button.

3) After a short while it should identify updates to install. Select all the updates and install them. This may require reboots to complete.

4) If it reboots then go back and repeat steps 1 & 2. If it doesn't reboot then just repeat step 2.

5) Continue doing this until no further updates are shown.
