You shouldn't need a driver as they are native to Windows and 3rd party mouse drivers cause more trouble than they are worth. Usb or Ps 2 mouse for 2nd time. Do you have a wired opposite port mouse you can try?

You have to answer the first part which is now asked for the 3rd time.
How about a box you can check in:
I have a usb wireless mouse______
    I have a Ps2 wirless mouse_______
Whichever is your yes answer, try the other mouse wired. (Too many issues with wireless, before we condemn a pc or mouse, let's try a wired Mouse either ps2 or usb).
