I have an Ethernet PCI adapter, which I don't know his manufacturer.
This driver is suitable for NT 4.0 and I neet to upgrate it to XP.
The windows XP didn't recognized it automatically.

The driver for NT 4.0 and related files are attached to this messaeg, in order you can (I hope) to recognize it.
I renamed the extensions to txt, bit the file OEMSETUP should be an INF file, and the file PCIWNT should be a sys (*.sys) file.

    Thanks in advanced,

    Romy Dar

Just use an NE2000 compatible driver. Pick it from the list of compatible devices. If you were to open up the case and pull the card out you could tell the make and model or the card.
