Need help to stop Computer shut Downs!

    I am having trouble with my windows 7 pc and I would like to know what I can do to fix the problem! Every time I try to do a full virus scan of my system , my computer shuts itself down. What can I do to correct this issue? My email address is [deleted by mod] ! Any help would be appreciated!

    if you post your email all it will get is spam

    what are you running
    video card brand and model
    cpu
    m/board
    ram
    power supply
    brand
    model
    wattage

    check the listings in the bios for 12v line voltages and temperatures and post them

    have you tried a scan from safe mode
