I'm looking to upgrade my computer. I'l get a new Motherboard, CPU, case and possibly a fan. I'm going to keep the hard drive, the DVD/CD-ROMS, memory, graphics card, sound card ?, floppy--I think that is all.

What is the information I need to know to be sure that everything will be compatible? Any other info will be appreciated.

Also, are these 2 compatible with each other?

I dont read anything in the specs for these 2 items that would suggest that they are not compatible. Make sure your ram will be compatible as well.
