I have a serious problem and need as much help as I can get. Very long story.
My family owns a security guard company. My mom, brother and I are not very tech savvy. I took into 3 times before I got a C. I know a little and can see things but have no clue what they are. Last year, we had a virus at work and at home. It created multiple servers. We got a good firewall and had our office set up well. We couldn't afford the solutions at home and got rid of our electronics or had them reset factory. I also found out my husband was cheating on me and that he had set up some things using intune. The tech that came in said he saw what my husband was doing and it wasn't harmful so he wasn't going to help me get rid of it. My identity got stolen and it was a mess. Things eventually got better. Two weeks ago I started noticing odd things.
I got a new cannon printer but the brother utilities didn't uninstall. All of my passwords were changing even with two factor auth. My laptop kept crashing and was warm after being in the bag overnight. Hp Omen. My moms router broke (next door neighbours). It didn't stop broadcasting until yesterday when I said it was odd to my husband. At home, we have line of sight dish and modem connected to a asus rt-n12 d1. (Set as apn originally now wireless router) 3 visible connections in my home. Main from router. Orange-VPN, and at&t 2422. My moms disconnected line. Asus utility picks up another 2 in the house hidden. 1/2 mile to nearest neighbour with internet at least likely more. Strong signal. Semi-rural. MetroPCS as carrier for 3 cell phones. 1 LG K20, 1 stylo 3 and samsung g7 star. New g7 stylo 4 burned out in 4 months. Melted battery. Verizon wireless home phone. Lg web OS TV. Xbox 1. 2 element TVs. 2 fire sticks, 1 echo dot, 2 6in fire, 1 7 fire, 1 8 fire and 1 10 fire and 1 samsung cheap tablet. 1 old home built PC, burned out hard drive. 3 gaming laptops (Burned HD and/or broken screens) Kid took some components out to upgrade his. 1 crappy old hp full of pictures HD in enclosure. 1 2012 GMC Terrain. 1 3T My notebook (for xbox1). 1 xbox360 external 1 T drive and 1 Seagate 1T drive omen has low memory. 1 old hp printer. 1 lic 365 University.

At work we have 2 HP AIO, 1 envy desktop top of line 4 years ago and 2 6 year old computers 1 for employees. 1 extra just in case. 1 SMC modem for cable 2 phone lines and internet and 1 Cisco Modem for wifi. 2 moto tablets 2 droid turbo cell phones. All comps run on Win7 upped to 10 Home edition. Old comp xp pro and other is win 7 pro. 1 license 365Office business, 1 domain and 1 website. 1 Panasonic TV 1T Seagate and 2 hp printers. 1 cannon printer and 1 cannon dedicated fax. Envy and 1 aio networked to share QB. Every single electronic has been messed with and programmed with odd behavior.
    Home:
    1. Cell phones. Drop off network, NFC randomly turn on/off. Apps randomly uninstall and settings disappear. Battery hot to touch. All are out of power by 12P. All have s2 10000 mah power banks. Cell phones and power banks dead by bedtime. 3 months ago our signal drastically improved in the house. Q7 shows as linux computer sign in with google. Hard reset does nothing. All apps and data still there. Format of SD card has no effect. Calls in or out dropped not going through, no voicemail, lots of "all circuits are busy," and no notification of voicemail or failed call. All services must be logged in again in the am. IE Call ID Voicemail and phone number manually keyed in.
    2. Asus router troubleshooting shows busybox application, then nothing from 3 months ago. Hard reset of Asus router did not drop wifi signal. Wifi on main network went down after modem from ISP unplugged. Ubiquiti switching power supply modem. 198.168.1.1.Asus_login.asp after hard reset.
    3. All tablets are running Fire OS but listed as android with google play apps. Second account login for my husband. Fire 10 hard reset 9am today. Logged into husbands profile. Running processes. Bluetooth share, tachyou comms contact app. Calling app. Alexa. Davsclientservice. And my account at bottom with 16 processes and 18 services. Es file monitor, keyboard. Saleservice with red white lingering. Bluetooth or service. Whisperlink core. Bishopservice volumechange service screeneventsregistrationservice. Device calling androidservice (both Tachyon) SDCSmessagelistenerservice. Alexa accessory service. Genericdavsservice. ATVSyncService. Com.amazon.device.services. amazonwebview metrics service. Whisperplay daemon. Com.amazon.webview.awvdeploymentservice. and Davsclientservice. Cantent sync framework just started with keyboard and voice recognition
I am in over my head and could use help or point in right direction. Office365 says we need windows off HyperV first. Windows says need server login. HP says warranty void. Amazon says not possible. Samsung says nothing they can do. I am global admin in Office365 but cant access anything other than health of domain. Godaddy wants lots of $ to stop unauthorized logins.
Am I nuts like my husband says or is there a problem.

    4. Vehicle. Gmc blasted heater on my way home. Husband had pics on his phone of system files. Last week I could use bluetooth to play music. Now I cant. No updates from onstar of maintenance issues. Huge feedback from aux cable plug in. All new.
    5. Old dead comp at home has new components with new cables. No power cord. Breaker caught on fire from high electrical input from oversized brand new cables. Cables in house are routed through walls and around furniture and it's hard to tell what goes where. Xbox1 loses signings info but is set to auto-signin. My notebook attached had less than 500mb not Terabytes. Format does nothing. Files restored at 2:30am.
    6. Omen laptop has lost drivers for screen so I have to use monitor. All games crash after exit but loading screen take a long time. No access to any partitions. Data Drive D: belongs to system Installer and System. Recovery USB has brother printer drivers. CeyptoMGMT. IIS and winserv.install.
Event logger shows HYPER-V.ini among others. I am unable to upload files here, check my email. At work the scheduling DB and the quickbooks are unreadable. And denied authorized permission to open. Printers at work and TV are all 192

First of all, I've deleted the .zip file attachment. I don't see a reason for it and we cannot verify that the contents aren't malicious so we don't want anyone opening it.

Secondly and more importantly, this is not something that we can assist with. Obviously it's much to complex a situation for a message board to deal with and our policy is not to get involved in such situations.

The only advice we can give is to seek professional assistance.

    Therefore, I'm closing this thread.
