    Hi Eddie,
One and the same... thanks for answering my call for help! I have been using one copy without problems. Downloaded another, worked for weeks getting a new seller format together for eBay only to repeatedly get "error logging on to eBay" when I tried to submit the listings. Checked the "customer support" on the AS website: My IE is not set to "work offline", my database is up to date (latest module), I do have a pop-up ad killer running that has never been a problem for the original AS program, Ebay module up to date & updated eBay categories. Still no luck! Decided...possibly the last AS program might possibly have a corrupted file (?). Decided to move both 'Storage.mdb' files to my "documents" folder (numbered 1&2), delete both programs, download anew and open 2 fresh copies...should be able to "import" old database. Wrong! Wouldn't import...
the AS website says to save the data file to somewhere else on your computer. Did that...saved it to my documents folder for both copies. Cant click "send to" and get it there, can't drag/drop and get it there. Can't open the data file because it comes up in Microsoft (something) with a red key...asks for a password, obviously not one of mine...can't open the file! When I click on the AS icon I get:
"unable to find database file: storage.mdb - application shutting down - error number 3024 - Description: Couldn't find the file 'C:\Program Files\Auction Submit\Storage.mdb'.
So... now I try to click to open the storage icon and get:
    C:\Documents and settings\JWR\Desktop\Storage1\storage.mdb is not a valid Win32 application.
That is pretty much it... I have about given up... have just rewritten 7 auctions, plus templates for the new launch this evening. The original program I still have not tackled. Seems I have lost all data associated with it??? Bummer!
If you have any clue how to get the saved data back into the newly downloaded program it would sure be a HUGE help.
    Thanks again,
    Jan

    Okay

Error 3024 points towards a debugging problem. I have found some things on the mdb with the same error, but it looks like thats part of the actual programming.

You could go to Run and type REGEDIT. Edit | Find.

    And type in storage.mdb

And see if anything comes up. If it does, let us know where. Keep searching, until no more are found. Don't change anything, just press the X to close as normal.

If any are found, what does it say on the right?

As for the moving of the file, instead of using left-click and drag, use right-click instead, and when releasing, choose Move Here, to the required folder.
