koolance, thermaltake have some good ones, you need a radiator, reservoir, and a block for your cpu. figure out how much wattage your cpu will put out, and then use that to pick a cooler, they should tell you how much wattage they will disperse. You probably want one that can disperse of about 100 watts.

Interested in this myself. I can't get my P-4 Dual core lower than high 40s idle and low 60s full load.

Well, the absolute best system is this one:

    http://www.xoxide.com/koolance-exos-2-silver.html

but comes at a hefty $300 plus and that's just for the base system--you then by the cooling attachments you need (like CPU, VGA, etc.). So you can expand it as needed--it will cool anything in your system with expansion pieces.

Most of these systems are adaptable to just about every Socket or have different models for the different sockets.

Well, they dropped the price on this baby to $109 (after rebate):

    http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-h2o-120-sb-blue.html

Here is the same unit at NewEgg for $186:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835108068

Coolerguys have it for $139.95 on sale:

It got excellent reviews so I went ahead and bought it. I'll update this thread on how it works out. Right now my CPU runs at high 40s to low 50s idle and low 60s at full load. I'm hoping this will bring that down to 30s idle and 40s load. Even low 50s load would be fine for a Dual Core Processor.
