I have been away for almost a week and upon returning I was greeted with a warning from my antivirus software (Eset Business) which was telling me that it had found the following:

'JS/Exploit.Pdfka.BXG trojan was found.'

It gave me the option to 'Quarantine' or 'Delete' however neither option worked so I had to click 'Take No Action'.

Now however my PC seems to be running slow and strangely I am hearing 'voices' from my PC speaker similar to FM radio, something that I experienced with a virus on a PC a few years ago. The strange thing is that the file is found in the following location:

\Device\Harddiskvolumeshadowcopy10\users\james\appdata\local\Google\chrome\user data\default\cache\f_003458

Is this not a backup?

At the same time in my task manager processess I have a 'csrss.exe' process that I do not recognise running, I cannot end this process or delete the original file.

Can anyone help with this - it is getting very annoyinh especially when I have no idea how i got it.

Regards,
James
