Run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close all browser windows and "Fix checked"

    O4 - Global Startup: MSupdater.exe

Restart to Safe Mode: press f8 on startup and select Safe Mode from the boot menu.

In Safe Mode Go to Start > Search and under "More advanced search options" make sure there is a check by "Search System Folders" and "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search system subfolders". Search for MSupdater.exe and delete it.

Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\CARL ZAMZOW\Application Data and delete the winshow folder
