Need Help with Turnkey Ebook Store v1.1

We have recently installed a nice older program call Turnkey Ebook Store
v1.1.

The installation process went very well, however we tested the purchase of various e-books in our catalog and completed the transaction - we clicked on the download link, which was located in our email and downloaded the product.

We were then redirected to our download page.

When we completed downloading the product which was enclosed in a zip file, there was nothing in the folder.

The name of the file was correct but there was nothing in it.

Can someone give us some insight to what could be happening and how to correct the situation.
