Need help with web cam

    I have windows xp & have been using the web cam with no problems. The other day I went to put it on & it caused my puter to restart, can any one tell me what went wrong

    might have been a problem loading the drivers

    usually instead of showing the blue screen, windows xp will just restart.

    you can disable it by rightclicking on your my computer icon
    then click on properties

    then click on advance

    then click on the settings button under startup and revocery

    then uncheck automatically restart

    You can to ask a Moderator to move your thread to the All other software or the Hardware forum. You may get better response. Just click on the small triangle off to the right of your post, next to the # of the post. Good luck.
