Just disconnect Remote Desktop and be done with it since you don't use that feature. Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Then find the 3 items labled Remote Desktop ..., right click on each, clcik STOP button and change Startup Type to "Disabled".

To stop yourself from sharing any files and folders, go to Control Panel > view by Small Icons > Network and Sharing Centre > Local Area Connection > Properties > Uncheck Client for MS Networks, Uncheck File and Printer Sharing. This will stop you from accessing Windows servers, and will stop you from sharing any files and folders.

In Windows 7, there is a HomeGroup feature which also allows file sharing. To disconnect from it, go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > scroll to and Home Group Listener > right click Properties > STOP service and choose Startup Type Disable. Do the same for Home Group Provider

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage another account. In there you will see all user accounts. If "All package" is listed there, you can remove it. This might disrupt a program that needs the account though.

The "Interactive" is not really an account, it denotes any user who is currently logged in,
