Hey, good luck with this; don't bother using Google to look for answers, I'm sure some gamer will post here pretty soon to help you out...

No, wait a minute, maybe we CAN use Google to look for answers:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=radeon+x1650+overclock&btnG=Google+Search

    FIRST link Google found:

    http://www.techspot.com/review/24-radeon-x1650pro-vs-geforce-7600gs/page5.html

Oops, seems like that card doesn't overclock very well at all...

See, Google is your friend... and so am I, because I answered your question, even though you probably wanted a different answer... :D

Good luck natiel; much as I hate to tell you, you're probably not going to have much luck overclocking that card, so you should check out:

    http://www.tweakguides.com

for some REALLY good advice on how to get the best performance out of the games you want to play. Post here again if you have any more questions, and please give us some details about the rest of your system... you might not be able to OC the vidcard, but you should be able to tweak some game settings to speed things up a bit...
