We have been beseiged by malware and spyware. After running AdAware and Housecall last night, I could not get into the internet today. Was finally able to delete some unwanted files and get into TomCoyote to get a Hijack log. Also, system restore won't work. I have a feeling we have alot of leftover garbage in files and registries that should be deleted. Please help.

Here is a copy of the hijack this log:

First, you need to unzip HijackThis.exe into a permanent folder.
Or just manually create a new folder, eg. C:\Program Files\HijackThis
and redownload HijackThis.exe straight into that folder
    http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HijackThis.exe

    Run the HJT scan again

    Close all browser/email/explorer windows

Place a checkmark next to the following entries only
    and click "Fix checked"

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {0199DF25-9820-4bd5-9FEE-5A765AB4371E} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL (file missing)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {09A7F380-90F2-AF2D-448D-89CDD76CA81A} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\foztaqvx.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C79A4DD4-3FA5-D282-05DB-3E1FE8FC8DCA} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\limrlugk.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SearchUpgrader] C:\Program Files\Common files\SearchUpgrader\SearchUpgrader.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

    O16 - DPF: {1D0D9077-3798-49BB-9058-393499174D5D} - file://c:\counter.cab

    O16 - DPF: {205FF73B-CA67-11D5-99DD-444553540006} (CInstall Class) - http://www.errorguard.com/installation/Install.cab

    O23 - Service: bcyeuucdtqkj (nswwvtix6) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\znaxcahp6.exe (file missing)

The following entries are not malware, but are known resource-hogs/not essential and can also be disabled:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ibmmessages] C:\Program Files\IBM\Messages By IBM\ibmmessages.exe (more info)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ibmmessages] C:\Program Files\IBM\Messages By IBM\ibmmessages.exe

Now click the "Config" button (bottom right corner of HJT)
    Then click "Misc Tools"
    Then click "open process manager"

    Locate and hi-lite:
    C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

    _______________________________________________________

Go to: Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Uninstall anything with Viewpoint in the name, eg.
    Viewpoint Manager
    Viewpoint Player
    Viewpoint Toolbar

Don't worry if they're not listed, just skip to the next part.

    Boot into safe mode
How to boot into safe mode

Go to: Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab:
    Checkmark "show hidden files"
Uncheck "hide extensions for known file types"
Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"

Locate and delete the following files/folders:
    C:\Program Files\Common files\SearchUpgrader (delete folder)
    C:\Program Files\Viewpoint (delete folder)
    C:\Program Files\Incredifind (delete folder)
c:\counter.cab (should have already been deleted by HJT, but make sure)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\foztaqvx.dll (should have already been deleted by HJT, but make sure)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\limrlugk.dll (should have already been deleted by HJT, but make sure)

Empty all files in your Temp folder
    Go to: Start > Run
    Type: %temp%
Edit menu > select all > delete

    Go to: C:\Windows\Temp
    Delete all files
(keep the Cookies, History, Temporary Internet Files subfolders)

Go to: Control Panel > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Delete > OK

    _______________________________________________________

    Reboot into Normal Mode

    Install and run the following:
SpybotSD | Adaware SE | SpywareBlaster | SpywareGuard
    http://forums.techguy.org/t323262.html
    http://www.help2go.com/article217.html

Reboot again and post a fresh HJT log
