I've inherited a PC with Win 95 / Office 97, and during Startup it is trying to load the Office Shortcut Bar, but gives me an message saying "Office Shortcut Bar does not exisit - creat one ?".

When I to do this I get the same message next time I log on.

I've looked in the startup folder and the Shortcut Bar icon is in there.

I do WANT to have the Office Shortcut Bar and I don't mind about slower loading time, as I find this the easiest way to launch my apps (1 click / always visible)

    Pls Help.

    Hello, balla

Try this go to Start then run & type msconfig then go to

    startup Tab

& see if you see it if so make sure that the box

on the left side has a check mark hit Apply then ok

    Good Luck
