Hi! (I don't have a problem WITH any particular software as much as I'm LOOKING for applicable software, after perusing all this seemed the most likely forum. Apologies if it isn't)

I am looking for the easiest, most resource friendly way to monitor and log all machine and particularly internet activity on my little home machine. I need to be able to refer back to any point in time and see what was happening during that period. I looked at Wireshark for internet traffic logging but trying to learn in hurt my brain. Assume I know nothing (very close to true) as I am not particularly tech savvy. Thanks!

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64
    Intel i3-2350M 2.30GHz
    4.00 GB

Yes, I was unaware that posting in more than one forum was bad etiquette. Seemed like maximizing my chances to me. Oh well, lesson learned. My bad, sorry about that. :)

Ok, so I have apparently made the faux pas of posting my query in more than one forum. It has been brought to my attention that this is offensive to some and as such I apologize to those to whom it is, and thank those who have taken the time to help me anyway. I tried to find a way to kill this thread on my own but could not so I will report it to the moderators and ask them to kill it. Until this thread is terminated by the powers that be please refrain from responding to it. Again, thanks for the help, it has been very much appreciated. [:)] Have a great day!
