    Whocrashed:
On Sat 1/1/2011 12:50:05 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\010111-35381-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x12903)
    Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8007B74028, 0xBA000000, 0x400405)
    Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\hal.dll
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

I will also include the dmp file. Can someone plz help me !!??? Which component is at fault? Or most probably which component gets heated? Thanks in advance !!!

No. If you post multiple threads on the same topic we cut off your fingers. Well, not really, but we do close duplicate threads when they are reported or we find them.

The proper thing to do if you think that another forum is better is to click on Report at the bottom of one of your posts and request the thread to be moved.

In this case I do guess that Hardware may be better, so I am going to move your thread. If you want it moved back to Windows 7 just hit Report and so request. Good luck.
