Okay, so my daughter was downloading music and now I have all this junk on my computer. I've run Spybot and Ad-aware several times trying to get rid of everything, but there's still junk on here. I just ran my hijackthis, and I see things that I know should not be there, but I figured I'd wait until you guys told me what to get rid of, LOLOL. Here it is:

Might as well just start running a cleanup.

You need to download a good Spyware and Trojan Removal program.

    Spybot Search and Destroy:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsda

    SpySweeper:
    http://www.webroot.com/wb/products/spysweeper/index.php
This will also protect your home page from being hijacked.

    Ad-Aware:
    http://www.lavasoft.de/

With any of the above three programs, just like with Anti-Virus software, should have the latest updates installed before doing a scan.

    CWShredder:
    http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/CWShredder.exe

    KazaaBeGone
    http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/kazaabegone.zip

Programs that can help prevent getting infected:

    Spyware Blaster
    http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

    Spyware Guard
    http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareguard.html

I've already run Ad-aware and Spybot prior to post my Hijackthis log. Do I need to run all the above programs?

Those are two pretty good ones.

You might also want to use the other free ones as well:

    CWShredder:
    http://www.spywareinfo.com/download.../CWShredder.exe

    KazaaBeGone
    http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/...kazaabegone.zip

Programs that can help prevent getting infected:

    Spyware Blaster
    http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

At least some of the entries that look suspicious are:

    :\PROGRAM FILES\WINDOWS ADCONTROL\WINADCTL.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\JAGSQDI.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ZYS.EXE
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\WINDOWS ADCONTROL\WINADALT.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RPCLTS57.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VPBXNPUL.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\PRJTECT.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\CEER.EXE
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\WEB OFFER\WO.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\PRJTECT.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\NIPM9X44.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\XZM0K.EXE

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [eobtzzxzr] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\tolsrd.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rvzotl] C:\WINDOWS\jagsqdi.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [C70pv333.exe] C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\C70PV333.EXE
