Need to add 'speech balloons' to a jpg file(comics)

    I have CompuPic and that will do that. I think VuePrint will alos.
    I believe you can get a trial version of either.

    I reccomend Photoshop as I don't use anything else.

    PhotoImpact works great too for doing speech balloons.

    I just got Photoshop 7, any good online tutorials for it?

    Unfortunatelty there are thousands...makes it hard to sift through them...best to do a specfic search if you have something in mind
