How do I go about changing my account associated with the Windows Store? It's an old account I don't use and have forgotten all the info about it.

    First Name:
If you don't have any purchases associated with the account (most likely MS OFFICE) then you could just create a new account.
Otherwise you should try to recover the account.
Go into word, create a new document, and go into the file menu and select account. On the right side of the page you should be able to see the account that owns the copy of Office. From there you should be able to try to find or reset the credentials.
If you can't get that done, then you have lost access to your Office for the purposes of re-installing it. (You can still continue to use it)

Try going into login.microsoftonline.com and see if the password was saved in any of your browsers for that account.
