I am in desperate need of help, and appreciate anyone who is willing to help assist me in this matter. Let me start off by making it clear that I'm pretty good with computers and I'm a very fast learner when it comes to anything computer related, but I am very new to websites and everything related and I don't have knowledge yet about a lot of things I'd like to. My family and I have had a successful home based business for well over 40 years now and I've been in charge of figuring out everything for our business website since my dad passed away. He was in control of it all before he died and he set it all up and edited it and everything else. So since he never took time to teach any of us how to do any of these things regarding our website, I've been learning as I go along but have unfortunately been having a hard time with some things. After my dad passed away, my mom kept getting calls from people who said they could help her set up a new website and help maintain her Google business page. Unbeknownst to me, my mom ended up paying someone over the phone to do these things and then she forgot about it and can't seem to figure out even a name of the person or company. So my issue is that someone she payed has made an additional website for our business (even though we already have our own), and almost all the information they have put on it is completely false and inaccurate. Can anyone tell me how I can go about finding out who made the website so I can get them to take it down? In case it's needed to find out any information, here is the website url for the site made by someone else: ragdollcatsjurupavalleyca.com. Also, our own website url is: ragdoll.com. My other problem that I need help with is concerning our Google business page. Our business name is Ragnarok Cattery. We are located in Jurupa Valley, California. Currently, we do not own our My Google Business page. We also do not know who does. We desperately need to find out who is the one who has claimed the business on My Google Business, and then we need to somehow get it changed so that we are the ones who own it and are in charge of it since it is OUR BUSINESS! Any and all help or guidance concerning these matters is very much appreciated and I wish to thank anyone in advance. This has become an extreme headache for us because we have had a major decrease in business for the first time in over 40 years that we have been in business. I pray someone will be generous enough to take time out of their schedule to inform or teach me some knowledge about these things I'm lacking in. Thanks again!
