Yesterday I happened to click on a link to imageshack and since then my life has been tormented by those stupid "powered by zedo" pop ups, weird blue boxes around the text of all of my destop icons and an inability to boot in safe mode to actually try to get rid of whatever is on my machine.
It's also disabled my task manager as well.

I'm posting my HJT log in hopes that someone can tell me how I can get rid of whatever this is that is infecting my machine.
