I recently dropped my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and cracked the screen, on the left edge in the middle and on the right edge towards the bottom. I cannot get into my phone to do anything because I can't put my PIN in since the screen is unresponsive in the middle part of the phone.

I have to return it to Samsung but I really want to wipe it clean since passwords and other personal info (not porn) are on it. How do I go about doing that without being able to access it? I tried plugging it into my computer but it will not detect it until I unlock it.

Any suggestions would be great!!

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. When the green Android logo displays, release both keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options). Press the Volume down key several times to highlight 'wipe data / factory reset'.
