I have an ISO image that I am trying to burn to disk with NERO. Can't seem to figure out how. Anyone offer some help.

According to my son, open nero, go to file, burn image, select the iso file and nero will burn the extracted iso image

OK, I have done what your son suggested, I get a post saying that the .iso file type is foreign and prompts me to manually select settings. I do and either block size I choose is said to be incorect. Suggestions?

It is dependant on how the person created the image and what custom settings they used. If you got it off of an FTP or something you might just be out of luck unless you can track down the person that burned it. If the link BrianF gave works for finding the ISO's properties let us know.
