I'm posting this here after no one replied to it under a different category. This is probably not the correct place for this message to be, but I'm desperate for an answer. Sorry.
Anyway, I know the problem is caused by WinXP, as it never occured before I got WinXP (other people I've spoken to have said the same thing).

After playing Counterstrike for around 25min I recieve this error message:
"NET SEND PACKET ERROR: NO ERROR"
When this message pops up I get cut off the internet. This is very fustrating in the middle of a game! I am running WindowsXP and I have heard this may be causing the problem. Is there a way I can fix it? Please help.

Is there a setting in WinXP that could fix the problem? Could disabling the WinXP firewall solve it? Please help. Thanks.

OK, Thanks for your help. I've tried most of the tweaks available at tweakxp.com. BUT, my problem is still occuring. I have also noticed it happens in every other game I try to play online. These include Quake3 and Quake1. This problem is really really annoying. Please Please help me!!!1:confused:
