netgear fa311 cannot start (code 10)

    help.
    i am using netgear fa 311 network card and fs103 switch.
    but all i am getting when trying to create my network is a blank in network connections using xp profesional. every time ive uninstalled and installed the card it keeps saying cannot start (code 10) and device manager shows a yellow warning i use a thomson usb adsl modem and the network used to work brilliantly. but now nothing pse help i am in dire straits at the moment.

    Do you have the correct driver loaded for this card?

    yes ive got the correct driver so why aint it working when it used too

    yes ive got correct driver and used it and even updated the driver so why wont it work.
