Netmeeting

    When I start my computer a screen pops up for Netmeeting wanting password is thier a way to set it so it is not needed every time computer is started.

    First guess would be o go to start>run>type msconfig>start tab>locate Netmeeting and take the check out of the box next to it.

    try starting netmeeting click tools- options see if run netmeeting in background when windows starts is checked if it is uncheck it

    Netmeeting in background when windows starts was already uncheck.

    Do you have remote desktop sharing enable? This is the only way I can think that would cause this.

    Where would I find this info I didn't see it anywhere in msconfig I have windowa 98.

    When you open netmeeting, it should be one of the options under tools.
