I saw another post that mentioned this, but I don't see an answer. Anyway, the problem is that an executable file, netsh.exe, pops up on my screen in cascading dialog boxes. They do this rapidly and then fade off my screen. It seems to happen when I open some files, but not always. It doesn't seem to cause any problems, but it is annoying. It there any way to stop this or any reason why it keeps happening? Occasionally, the dialog box will have a line that says "this file is empty," but more often it is just a blank dialog box with netsh.exe on it. I would appreciate all the help I can get or have someone direct me to the proper place to put this or maybe an answer already posted. Thanks.
