    Hello

    .....I cannot connect to Internet.

I have 2 NICs in my laptop.
In Device Manager, 2 NICs have yellow mark.

.....I cannot install the driver software.

Before occuring the problem, I had installed the DeskSoft BandWithMeter.
Maybe this program have existed the problem.
I had removed it with Uninstall Tool, but the problem not removed.
I wanted to reinstall BandWithMeter but it is not possible and it said:
"A critical error (code 80070002) has occured! Setup cannot continue!
Please restart the computer and try again."
I think Uninstall Tool is not strong uninstaller.

    .....I cannot Add Legacy Hardware.

I have removed any other network adapters from Device Manager such as
6To4 and ISATAP. (Also all hiddens)

.....I have HP Pavilion Entertainment DV6291ea.
.....Now I am connecting from Windows XP.
.....After this problem, I have switched to Windows XP.

I think some settings in the Registry are corrupted.

    .....Device status is:
....."This device is not working properly because Windows
.....cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)."

I manaully have removed some traces of BandWithMeter using
RegEdit and Registry First Aid Platinum but some of them was access denied.
I have removed all traces of BandWithMeter from Device Manager in
    Safe Mode.

.....I have used many Registry cleaners including:
    .....Registry Booster,
    .....CCleaner,
    .....Registry Easy,
    .....Registry First Aid Platinum,
    .....Advanced Registry Optimizer,
    .....Ashampoo WinOptimizer,
    .....TuneOp Utilities,
    .....Error Repair Professional,
    .....Advanced WindowsCare Professional,
    .....RegCure and
    .....Wopti Utilities.

I have RunOnce key in the Registry.

    .....I have some:
....."Unable to open the driver specific registry key for this device." errors,
    .....after Start Up.
.....This type of error have existed after removing the hidden network drivers.

Can anyone is able to help me ?
    Thank you
