I recently moved and I am trying to get my network back up. I am trying to connect my computer to a wireless connection and then bridge it to a Router so I can hook up my systems. I am using my moms internet from next door thats why I am connecting it thru my computer. I did this same setup at the apartments but can't get it to work now. Okay I can connect the computer to the wireless connection and get online. I then bridged it to the local area connection and then hooked up into my router. But thats where it stops. No internet is being sent thru the local area connection I bridged. I tried hooking the cable directly into the xbox 360 and still no internet. So I don't know what the problem is I hope someone can help. Here's my Ipconfig/all if that helps anyone.

How do you connect your router (WAN or LAN port) and how do you have it configured?

Do you have another computer that could be connected to your router to aid troubleshooting?

The router over my mom's is connected straight to the net. Then my computer at my house is connected to it thru wireless. I then have a ethernet cord in back of my computer hooked into the router. And I just have it bridged thats all. And yea I have another computer that can hook up to my router to help trouble shoot. But when I hook the ethernet cord straight to my xbox from my computer it doesn't have internet even without going thru the router.

That's the connection and router configuration about which I am asking. And what brand and model is your router?

I want to know about your router. Not your computer, not your mother's router, but your router. To what port are you connecting? What, if any, settings are not at factory defaults? If there are any such settings what are their values?
